    Project K

    4 phases. 4 challenges.

    Phase 1: 100 pull-ups a day for a month, then a 1,000 pull-up attempt. Phase 2: 100 push-ups a day for a month, then a 1,000 push-up attempt. Phase 3: 100 Navy SEAL burpees a day for a month, then a 1,000 burpee attempt. Phase 4: The final test— 500 push-ups, 250 pull-ups, and 250 burpees for time.

    PHASES

    100 Pull-Ups a day for a month followed by the 1k attempt.

    100 Push-Ups a day for a month followed by the 1k attempt.

    3.)

    100 Navy SEAL Burpees a day for a month followed by the 1k attempt.

    4.)

    500 Push-Ups, 250 Pull-Ups,  250 Navy SEAL Burpees in one session for time.
